shredding companies and I did not receive the personal care and attention from them
that I received  from you. You were very prompt in returning my calls and extremely friendly.
At first, I was hesitant to use a company that was not located in Michigan because
I thought you would increase your prices for travel time. However, this was not the
case at all. Despite the fact that you had to travel to Michigan, your prices still
beat everybody else's.
I feel that you went above and beyond the call of duty. I do not believe that any
other shredding company would have climbed up and down all the steps that you did
to remove the boxes from the basement, nor do I believe they would have taken the
security measures that you did to make sure these documents were safe until they
were placed in your truck.
What impressed me the most was the fact that you came to our office and moved several
boxes to storage for us, and agreed to store several boxes at your facility for shredding
after the first of the year. No other shredding company agreed to offer these services.
They all indicated that we would need to call a moving company to move these boxes.
However, you agreed with no hesitation.
You made our transition into the secure document destruction business seamless. We
are required to maintain five years of records by the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Before choosing your company to handle our document destruction, we maintained approximately
eight years on site and shredded what we could ourselves. Now, because of the peace
of mind you give us, we feel confident that AccuShred will keep all of our documents
safe and secure and therefore, we will maintain the required five years on site and
have you destroy everything else.
