NAID AAA Certification

AccuShred is a member of the National Association for Information Destruction (NAID). NAID® is the international trade association for companies providing information destruction services. NAID’s mission is to promote the information destruction industry and the standards and ethics of its member companies.

The NAID Certification Program is offered on a voluntary basis to all NAID member companies providing information destruction services. The NAID Certification Program establishes standards for a secure destruction process including such areas as operational security, employee hiring and screening, the destruction process, responsible disposal and insurance.

AccuShred is proud to be the first company in Northwest Ohio and Southeastern Michigan to achieve AAA Certification status. This Certification, which is the highest level currently attainable, is only awarded to companies that meet or exceed the most rigorous security standards as judged by an independent auditor.

As a NAID Certified data destruction provider, AccuShred is subject to random, unannounced audits in order to assure our valued clients that we maintain all certification requirements at all times.
